Where your words live

Your words stay yours.

You may have a client to answer to, or just a healthy dose of caution. Either way, here is plainly where your story is kept, who can see it, and how to take it away.

Where it lives

Stored in Sydney, Australia. Private by default.

Your six documents, chat answers, uploads and orders are stored in a Supabase database and file store in Sydney, Australia, and the server code behind this site runs in Sydney too. To do their jobs, a few providers are sent part of it; they are listed below, with what each one gets.

  • Stored in Sydney

Your account and your files are stored with Supabase, in Sydney, Australia.

  • Private by default

Nothing is public unless you choose to publish it. Your documents are shown only inside your signed-in account and to the studio team.

  • Backups and records

[Backup and retention periods, to be confirmed]

Who else processes it

To do their jobs, these providers are sent part of what you give us.

Anthropic (Claude)
The AI model that drafts. Gets your documents, your chat answers, the text of uploads you keep as context, and the brief for one piece. Also reads the pages our research finds, and the answers typed into our “Let’s begin” chat.
Firecrawl
The research tool. If you say yes when you book, it searches for and reads your business’s public web pages, using your name, company and website.
AssemblyAI
Turns answers you dictate into text. Gets the recording; as soon as we have your words, we ask AssemblyAI to delete the transcript.
Typesafe
Helps our “Let’s begin” chat choose the next question. Gets the answers typed into that chat. [where Typesafe processes it, to be confirmed]
Cal.com, Resend and Stripe
Book your hour (your name, email and the time), send our emails (your address and the email), and take payments (Stripe holds your card details; we never see them).

Anthropic and Firecrawl process the text they are sent outside Australia, and so may the others.

Who can see it

You, your team, Marina and the studio’s editors, and the providers above for the part each one is sent. That is the list.

  1. You and your team

Owners, members and viewers, as you set them under Team. Signed in with a link, no passwords.

  2. Your private account

Documents, chat answers, uploads and orders. Stored in Sydney.

  3. The AI model that drafts

Anthropic’s Claude. Gets your documents, chat answers and context uploads, to write a first draft.

  4. Marina and the studio

Marina and studio editors see your whole account, to read, edit and approve every piece.

  5. Your delivery

Back in your account, or by email if you asked for that.

The providers and how long they keep anything: [Whether Anthropic, Firecrawl and AssemblyAI use what we send them to train models, and how long they keep it: Marina to confirm from each provider’s current terms]

A human reads everything

The AI drafts. Marina reads every word before it reaches you. We are the human-in-the-loop, and we would like to stay that way.

  1. Step 1

    The AI drafts

Using your six documents so it sounds like you.

  2. Step 2

    Marina reads every word

Fixes what needs fixing. We leave the fingerprints in.

  3. Step 3

    You approve it

Nothing lands in your inbox that Marina has not read.

Take it with you or delete it

Your words are yours. Ask for a copy any time, or have them deleted.

  • Download everything

Ask from your account and Marina sends you one zip: a readable summary, and a file with everything we hold for your account, from your documents and every version to deliveries, chat answers, links to your uploads, orders, quotes and emails. Within [timeframe].

    Sign in to ask
  • Delete my data

Ask from your account. Once Marina has checked with you, everything we hold about you is deleted for good. Orders, invoices and payment references stay for seven years for Australian tax records, under an anonymous id instead of your name and email.

    Sign in to ask
  • Use your words elsewhere

Copy your six documents as a prompt, or share a read-only link. You choose when it stops.

Some agencies and larger teams need their data kept apart. Tell us what you need and we will tell you, honestly, whether we can do it. [What a private setup includes, to be decided]
